General terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions apply if you are booking or join one of our tours listed in our catalogue or on our website.
Registration & Booking: Please get acquainted with the tour itinerary and book tour or you can register by writing an e-mail. We will contact you within 24 hours. If you have any question, feel free to contact by e-mail.
Booking confirmation: After you register or book tour, we will send you payment information and as soon as we receive your payment, we will send you detailed information on what to bring, how to prepare for your tour, travel directions, detailed itinerary.
Payment: Payments can be made by: transfer, credit card, or cash payment at the travel agency.
When is the final payment due? 50% of the payment due is on before tour and it must be remitted to our bank account. You can pay the rest of the payment on arrival day. If you need a bill of payment we bill be free to provide.
Travel package content (included, excluded)
Change in booking: The itineraries in the catalogue or on the website are subjects could be changed. Alterations for tour itinerary may still occur after the final itineraries are sent. Arranged accommodation can be replaced only by accommodation in a facility of the same or higher category, at the expense of the service provider.
Travel cancelation by tourist: If a customer wants to cancel the tour, we will refund your payment, less the following fees:

When you cancel a tour, we must ask you to do in writing. If unforeseen circumstances require a change to the trip itinerary, we will make every effort to select alternative accommodation of the same standard and to keep modifications to a minimum.
